Plan Overview
The Sunrise Advantage Plan is an in-house membership plan designed to help those without dental insurance save on their child's dental care. Members get complete coverage for their child's routine preventive care as well as reduced fees on a large selection of our other services.
At Sunrise Pediatric Dentistry, we believe in providing affordable dental care combined with excellent service. We don't think anything should stand in the way of your child having a healthy smile for a lifetime! With our plan, we hope to make it easy for families without dental benefits to fit their child's oral health care into their budget.
Benefits
As a member, here are just some of the dental treatments your child will receive at no additional cost to you:
teeth cleaning (2x/year)
Periodic exams (2x/year)
emergency exams
Bitewing x-rays
fluoride treatment (2x/year)
You'll also get 15% off our usual fees for treatments (including: sealants, fillings, crowns and more)! Since there is no yearly maximum, you can enjoy the benefits all year long.
Enrollment
Your child's membership starts as soon as your application is approved and lasts for 12 months.
children ages 3 and under - $395/year
children ages 4 through 18- $550/year
Please note: Discounts are only available at Sunrise Pediatric Dentistry. Orthodontic services are not included. All member co-payments are due at the time of service.
